Deepening Understanding, Strengthening Practice, Expanding Possibilities for Action
Who Is It For?
For psychologists, consultants, coaches, occupational health professionals, HR practitioners, and others involved in supporting people, teams, and organizations

A Space for Professional Reflection
These sessions provide a space to explore complex situations, reflect on professional practice, and deepen understanding of mental health at work through multiple perspectives, including work psychology, work clinics, organizational approaches, and systems thinking.
Drawing on Multiple Perspectives
Complex work situations rarely fit within a single framework.
Professional reflection is enriched by bringing together complementary perspectives from work psychology, the Work Clinic traditions, ergonomics, systems thinking, organizational approaches, and complexity sciences.
Rather than applying predefined models, these perspectives are used as different lenses to explore the same situation, making it possible to better understand what is happening, identify what matters, and imagine meaningful possibilities for action.
The objective is not to provide ready-made answers, but to develop a richer understanding of work and strengthen professional judgement in complex situations.
Deepening Professional Practice
The aim is not only to discuss cases, but also to develop conceptual resources and expand the capacity to support individuals, teams, and orgnizations facing complex work-related challenges.
