Team Learning & Development

Learning Through Real Work Situations, Collective Dialogue, and Shared Experience

The programmes developed here are designed as learning and development processes that unfold over time. They combine conceptual insights, reflexivity on work experience, collective dialogue, and opportunities to reconnect learning with everyday work situations.

Concepts are introduced as tools to help participants better understand their work experience, the challenges they face, and the resources they mobilize every day.

By connecting theory with practice, teams are invited to explore their work differently, strengthen collective understanding, and identify possibilities for action.

This continuity helps teams move beyond awareness and supports the integration of new perspectives into daily practice.

How it works ?

Observe
Participants are invited to examine concrete work situations and pay attention to what is actually happening: the constraints, resources, interactions and conditions that shape everyday work.

Reflect
They revisit their own experience, question what may have become taken for granted, and explore how they perceive, interpret and respond to work situations.

Decenter
Through collective dialogue, conceptual insights and different perspectives, participants can move beyond their initial understanding and explore other ways of positioning themselves and acting.

Rather than separating training from everyday work, these programmes use work itself as a source of learning, reflection and collective development.

The process supports ongoing learning by connecting individual experience, collective reflection and new possibilities for action.
